This worked great on my grandparents AD80 garage door. If you have a dip-switch garage, at 390mhz, this is what you need!

This replaced an old opener of the same type. The previous opener survived some serious abuse and this one also seems well built. The range on this seems a bit better than the one I replaced, but the effect is marginal. It took less than a minute to get the product running and we haven't had a problem.
FYI
Make sure you have 8/9 DIP switch remote. If you take the battery cover off your old remote you should see a block with 8 or 9 little switches on it. This is the DIP switch.
