Solved our problem of poor quality signal from the old transmitter. We had to sit directly in front of the garage door and it would only work 50% of the time. This one has great range. It activates the garage door from the neighbors house. I can now pull right in without the aggravation. The big plus is that it will open both doors. Very happy with this item.

It's the correct remote. Set-up was easy and it works even from inside the house through walls.
