 Good kit, some work July 12, 2010

Like reviewers here (and for the other vendor ASPDOORS), was happy to find the replacement gear instead of buying a whole new system. I only ended up needing the plastic gear and the grease. Surprisingly, the toughest part was punching out the little pin that holds the gear in place. I used a flat screw of same diameter of hole to eventually punch out with hammer. Otherwise $10 more, purchase the sprocket+gear to save some time and hassle.

This kit worked perfectly for repairing my 1994 Sears Craftsman garage door opener. The provided instructions were very handy and the parts were precise fits.
