The product arrived on time packaged well. Installation was just as expected ( very easy). It learned the remote right from the start and still works. The only problem is you have to be in the garage for it to work, it has no range outside of 20 feet from the opener. My other opener is also the same brand and althoug it does not have great range either you can use it an exceptable distance from the opener. This product was purchased to replace the reciever in the origanal opener that went bad. I have been less than satisfied with the origanal openers and the reciever.
