This is an execellent product. It is very easy to program. It is like you are programming your t.v. remote control. Actually, t.v. remote control is more complicated than this. So, in just few minutes, you already have another garage opener.

My Genie 3 button bit the dust and since I only have one garage door I replaced it with this single button opener. Took all of 30 seconds to program and presto.... I can open the door from my car again.
