It couldnt have been easier:
-Press learn button...Look for light.
Bam, light is on!
-Hold the clicker within 30 seconds.
Held it.
-Listen for click, done.
It clicked, instantly. Done deal. Literally 12-15 seconds

I give this product 4 out of 5 stars, it does exactly what it's supposed to and for my garage door opener it does it well!
I only gave it 4 stars though as it's range is kinda lacking, I am not sure if that's the remotes fault or not but sometimes I need to be in front of my neighbors house before it will open, not a huge deal as everything works pretty reliably once I get to that point.
I would recommend this product.
